Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt, excluding shipping costs. For returns made within 30 days of delivery, store credit will be issued. Socks must be returned in their original state and packaging, showing no signs of wear or sizing alterations. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Fizi does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using tracked shipping for your return. Final sale applies to all discounted products, and socks received more than 30 days after delivery are also considered final sale. Gift card or store credit purchases will be refunded as store credit and are non-exchangeable for cash.
Buyer Responsibility: Please be aware that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Ensure that the returned items are appropriately packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

International Returns: For returns from outside Canada, it is crucial to prepay duties and import taxes. Shipments requiring payment upon delivery will be refused. We recommend coordinating with your chosen carrier to handle these obligations beforehand to facilitate a smooth return process.
Lost or Damaged Goods: Fizi is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during the return process. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to minimize the risk of loss and damage.
